Wall Saddle Rack Which Swings Down and is Removable
Swings up or down or detaches from the wall.
Just a short piece of 4 x 4 with a hook attached to the "edge" (chiseled a small section flat to screw in the hook)
Inset the hook the same amount the loop sticks out from the wall so the flat end is flush with the wall.
I like having utility hooks on the end for bridles, helmets, crops, etc. Or the bag of carrots (since when I put them on the trunk Dexter grabs them).

 Flatten the edge to attach the hook. Inset the hook enough to compensate for how much the loop part sticks out.
Saddle rack swings down to be out of the way. Or detaches so you can move it to a different loop.

Portable PVC Saddle Stand
This is 1-inch PVC but bigger PVC is sturdier (but pricier). This was scrap. The hooks hold bridles or girths. The rail can hold the saddle pad. These work great at horse shows and you can fold the feet flat to transport.
Car Saddle Racks

Mini version to hold a saddle in the the back of your vehicle.
Back Seat
Rope with hooks attached to headrests. PVC about 20 inches long to hold the saddle.
